Digital Product Nature

All products sold on femininewhisper.com are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, it is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for a refund.

This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (which permits exclusion of withdrawal rights for digital content once delivery has begun with consumer consent) and U.S. digital goods practices, where digital sales are generally considered final upon delivery.
